How to maintain the pipe bending machine

1. When clean the bending machine oil tank , the pump inlet filters should be cleaned.

2. The equipment has been used for 1 to 2 months, the tank and filter a hydraulic tank should be cleaned.

3.If find the forward gearand and reverse don’t work, firstly you should check whether the solenoid valve works,such as the action of the electromagnetic valve, then check sequence valve 6X3, YF, L20H4 overflow valve or one-way unloading valve4HD3, find out whether there are impurities blocking phenomenon. ( this phenomenon easily occurs at the beganing of the device using, ). If the blocked, apart the machine and use the gasoline or diesel oil to cleaning, reinstall it.

4.The part of the pump stations joint are equipped with oil resistant rubber seal ring, such as seal damage, leakage, should be replaced promptly.

5.Check all parts of the fastener, so that in a fastening state.
